Kim’s Story: It was a pivotal time in my life when I began my real estate career. In 1999, I was searching for a new professional path and a way to balance work with raising my two children. With a background in business and finance, and a passion for home design, I found real estate to be the perfect fit. I love helping clients see the potential in a home and figuring out how to improve or reimagine a space.

 

Over the years, I’ve weathered many different markets by adapting and keeping my client’s best interests at the heart of the process. Through the good times and the hard times, I show up for my clients as an advocate and friend. I’m proud to have built a career based on trust and being enlisted into the Coldwell Banker Hall of Fame in 2025 as a result. After being a solo agent for 20 years, and now part of this team, I am seeing the benefits of an evolved industry that best serves clients through a team effort. 

 

As a mother, grandmother to two, and caregiver to my 91-year-old mother, I have a deep understanding of the many life stages my clients experience, which allows me to approach every interaction with empathy and care. Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 41 years, enjoy being active in my church, am the social chairman for my neighborhood, and value quality time with family and friends.

 

Stacie’s Story: My father was a broker for 40 years, and although I grew up surrounded by real estate, I never planned to follow in his footsteps. Instead, I became a high school English teacher, where I honed my skills in communication and guiding others. When my mom became ill, I left teaching to care for her, and during that time, my dad encouraged me to get my real estate license. 

 

He always said, “There’s enough business for everyone—just be authentic, and people will want to work with you.” He believed teachers make the best agents because we’re natural helpers and patient communicators.

 

He was right! I discovered that my passion for supporting and educating people translated perfectly to real estate. Whether my clients are moving for joyful reasons or facing unexpected challenges, I strive to make the process as smooth as possible, always thinking how I can take the stress off of their shoulders. I’m proud to be part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and going above and beyond for every client.

 

Outside of work, my husband and I have a teenage daughter who swims competitively, so much of my free time is spent at the pool or traveling for meets. My husband now focuses on our family business, Vidl Life, which helps teens discover their purpose, build confidence in who they are, live with humble gratitude, and positively impact the world around them.

 

Keely’s Story: When my youngest graduated high school, I found myself at a crossroads. For years, I taught middle school English before becoming a stay-at-home mom. But I was rarely ever home! I was always volunteering, serving on the school board, organizing local events, and staying involved in my kids activities. With my kids officially grown up, I was ready for a new adventure, and that took shape in real estate.

 

I’m extremely driven, and that all started with being one of seven kids. I was always encouraged to go after my goals. I put myself through college and have always worked hard in each role I take on, whether it be a teacher, a mom, or a REALTOR®. I’m also very competitive with myself, always striving to do better. 

 

As I shopped around for the right brokerage, I met Al, Stacie’s dad, who gave me his famous speech about educators making great REALTORS®. Just like Stacie said, he was right! Real estate is the perfect fit for my energy, creativity, and love for helping people. I enjoy the challenge in finding solutions for clients, advocating fiercely for them, and making sure they have everything they need to succeed. Being part of this team means I get to work with women who match my drive, values, and true passion for helping others.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling with friends, playing Mahjong (and winning!), volunteering at The Little Bit Foundation, or spending time with my children. I’m always up for a laugh and a new adventure!
